Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Organiser
   This campaign (Season of Blessings with Construx & iBilik) is organised by Bayo Pay (the “Organiser”).

2. Campaign Period
   The campaign runs from 19 February 2026 to 15 March 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
   The Organiser reserves the right to amend the campaign period at its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility

   • Open to all eligible Construx users with a verified account.

   • Users must successfully complete at least one qualifying remittance transaction via the Construx app during the Campaign Period.

   • Employees of the Organiser and its affiliated companies, agencies, and partners are not eligible to participate.

4. Qualifying Transactions

   • Each successful remittance transaction made during the Campaign Period qualifies for the campaign.

   • Cancelled, failed, reversed, or refunded transactions will not be eligible.

   • Each qualifying remittance earns one (1) lucky draw ticket.

5. Lucky Draw & Prizes

   • There will be two (2) winners selected every week during the Campaign Period.

   • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible tickets for the relevant draw period.

   • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise stated.

   • The Organiser reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal value if necessary.

6. Winner Announcement & Notification

   • Winners will be announced twice weekly during the Campaign Period.

   • Winners will be notified via push notifications and/or in-app messages through official Bayo Pay / Construx channels.

   • Failure to respond within the specified timeframe (if required) may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Use of Tickets

   • The more qualifying remittances a user makes, the more tickets they earn, increasing their chances of winning.

   • Tickets are not transferable and cannot be accumulated beyond the Campaign Period.

8. General Conditions

   • The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

   • The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the campaign shall be final and binding.

9. Amendments & Termination

   • The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

10. Liability

    • The Organiser shall not be liable for any technical issues, system interruptions, or transaction failures beyond its reasonable control.

    • By participating, users agree to release the Organiser from any claims arising from participation in the campaign, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
